Varför ska man använda lackstift?
Stenskott och repor i lacken är i princip oundvikligt. Med ett lackstift kan du snabbt återställa bilens lack till ett fint och skyddande skick. Genom att tidigt fixa skador i lacken kan du förhindra stora och dyra omlackeringar i framtiden. Det är extra viktigt att reparera i ett tidigt skede om skadan har nått bilens plåt. Vi rekommenderar att man då använder en rostskyddande primer/grundfärg innan rost uppstår. Om rost redan har uppstått är det viktigt att den slipas bort helt och hållet.
En fin lack kan även höja bilens värde vid en eventuell försäljning.
Ångerrätt
Säkerställ att du använder korrekt färgkod när du beställer. Det finns ingen ångerrätt på färg. Gäller både lackstift och spray. Alla färger specialblandas och anpassas efter varje individuell beställning på grund av den unika färgkoden. Därav gäller inte bestämmelserna om distansförsäljning. Klarlack, grundfärg och övriga tillbehör har ångerrätt enligt lag.

Your color code is listed on the vehicle uppgifter plate mounted in the engine compartment. Matching faded paint or blending large horizontal surfaces is very difficult and best left to a pro. Each 12 oz. can provides approximately 6 sq. ft. (3ft x 2ft) of coverage.

Volvo paint codes are identified using a three digit number. Later model paint codes also include a two digit suffix to identify the type of paint used. In the picture below, is the paint code and 26 refers to the qualities of the paint such as vatten based, enamel, etc. Certain color codes may be referred to by more than one color name for marknadsföring purposes.
