    Ruotsalainen vapaamielinen puolue

    Ruotsalainen vapaamielinen puolue (RVP, ruots.Svenska frisinnade partiet) oli suomalainen ruotsinkielistenpuolue. Järjestö perustettiin vuonna nimellä Ruotsalainen vasemmisto (RV, ruots.Svensk Vänster, SV) Ruotsalaisen kansanpuolueen jakauduttua valtiomuotokysymyksen takia. RV kannatti tasavaltaa, RKP:n enemmistö monarkiaa. Ryhmittymä toimi RKP:n sisällä vuoteen , jolloin se muodosti erillisen puolueensa. Vuonna nimeksi vaihdettiin RVP. Puolue lopetti toimintansa vuonna [1]

    Vuoden vaaleissa Ruotsalainen vasemmisto sai kaksi kansanedustajaa, professori Georg von WendtinVaasan vaalipiiristä ja Georg SchaumaninUudenmaan vaalipiiristä.     Puolue osallistui eduskuntavaaleihin omalla listallaan vuosina , ja Muissa vaaleissa se oli vaaliliitossa RKP:n kanssa.[1] Vuoden presidentinvaaleissa puolue tuki K. J. Ståhlbergiä[2] ja vuonna J. K. Paasikiveä.[3]

    The Liberal Swedish Party (Swedish: Svenska frisinnade partiet, Finnish: Ruotsalainen vapaamielinen puolue, lit.&#;'Swedish Free-Minded Party', RVP) was a political party in Finland, working amongst the Swedish-speaking minority. The party was founded in under the name of Swedish Left (In Swedish: Svensk Vänster, SV and in Finnish Ruotsalainen vasemmisto, RV).[1][2] Ideologically, the party preferred a republican state rather than a monarchy, which differentiated them from the majority of the Swedish People's Party, which tended to hold more conservative views. The party was represented in the Parliament of Finland by Georg Schauman, Georg von Wendt and Max Sergelius. The party was dissolved in

    The Liberal Women in Sweden (Swedish: Liberala kvinnor), is the women's wing of the Liberals (Sweden).

    History

    A predecessor was the Frisinnade kvinnors riksförbund ("Free-minded Women's League") later known as the Svenska Kvinnors Vänsterförbund ("The Leftist League of Swedish Women"), founded in and connected to the Free-minded National Association.

    In , the Women's group of the Frisinnade folkpartiet was founded beneath Vira Eklund. The Frisinnade folkpartiet was one of the two liberal parties which united in to form the Liberals. When the Frisinnade folkpartiet and the frikostig Party of Sweden united to struktur the Liberals (Sweden) in , there was a need for a women's wing for the new liberal party.

    After the unification of the two liberal parties and the foundation of the Liberals, a women's wing was founded for the new party bygd the women's wing of one of the former parties. It was established informally in and formally in June under the leadership of Vira Eklund.[1]
